Mr. Geisen is a 30-year veteran of the default real estate industry, pioneering leading technology solutions that achieve remarkable results. Throughout his career, Brad has created and currently operates many successful websites such as Foreclosure.com, HomePath.com, HomeSteps.com, TaxLiens.com, HUDHouses.com and many more.

He developed and ran a pilot program for the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), which became the highly effective HUD M&M Program, which still operates today. In that pilot, Brad created for HUD the first online offer management platform, which has become the industry standard used by top Government-Sponsored Enterprises (GSEs) such as Fannie Mae, among others.

He created a National Training & Education Platform for Freddie Mac to improve vendor performance and ensure compliance. He developed the National Short Sale Platform, which Fannie Mae today uses to facilitate approvals in as few as 48 hours.

Brad also created the National Loan Pool Sales Platform for GSEs to improve due diligence and create a competitive bid platform in a secure online environment. Brad is a master of marketing and systemizing complex project work flows.

He has developed, managed and worked hands-on in every aspect of the industry for every government agency and many of the top lenders and servicers in the nation with Real Estate –– Owned (REO) inventory. He’s also a successful investor, developer and manager who has launched multiple businesses in the real estate, banking and Internet technology sectors.
